How to Install Bath Tub Safety Bar

The following procedure is the basic guide line for carers to install the bath tub safety bar. The bath tub safety bar can be used only under careers' guardians. It is important for carers to double check the bath tub safety bar is firmly attached with the bath tub before using. If the screw or rubber mats have failed to secure the safety bar firmly due to wear and tear, carers must remove the device and stop using it immediately. 

It is also recommended to use the bath tub safety bar with the bath mat with slip resistance surface outside the bath tub during shower to achieve better safety condition. The bath mat must be placed on dry floor before using.

Step 1: Check the 3 rubber mats are fixed firmly and none of them are missing.

Step 2: Put the "Bath Tub Safety Bar" in the middle of one side of Bath tub in up-right position. It is recommended to install in the middle of bah tube to avoid the curvy side of bath tub. However, different bath tub may vary in shape, it is important for users to find out where is the best part of your bath tub to secure the safety bar firmly.

Step 3: Screw up the "Bath Tub Safety Bar" until it's firmly installed on your bath tub.

Step 4: Double check the "Bath Tub Safety Bar" has been securely installed on your bath tub. It is important for carers to double check the safety bar is firmly attached before using the device. If the safety bar is failed to attach on the bath tub firmly due to ageing, please remove the device and stop using it immediately.
