We ship nationwide in Australia, we do not ship to overseas. We deliver home care products by either courier or Australia post with insurance. If customers are not at home during business hour, we can ship to your work address. All the products delivered are insured and registered. We will provide the tracking number right after products being picked up by courier. we will not deliver the products before payment received confirming by our bank. If the products are undelivered, the cost of second time delivery by courier is beard by buyer's side.

How much do we charge for the freight?

Some products are large in size (eg air blow mattress) or heavy (eg raised toilet seat), freight for multiple small items (more than 5), heavy and bulky items will be charged at higher rate to cover the delivery and insurance costs. Freight Cost will be provided during online order check-out.

Delivery to TAS, WA and NT for large items such as turning cushion, bath tub safety bar, toilet rail, raised toilet seat and wheelchair work tray, please contact us for freight charge before making payment. The freight indicated in the shopping cart for above large items are valid for NSW, VIC and QLD delivery (Max 2 items) only.

How long would it take to ship to my address? We estimate the ETA by our past experience, the following information is just for reference. The delivery may come earlier or a bit later.

Can I come in and pick up the products ordered online from your retail shop?

Customer can pick up the goods ordered online and pay in our shopfront. We only stock the most common sell products in our shop outlet, in case your order is not ready for pick up; so please e mail us or give us a call before visiting us.
