We accept credit card (VISA, Master and 3% surcharge will be applied on AMEX, Diners), direct deposit and Bpay only. By using Bpay, customers do not need to provide any credit card detail to us online. Customers can use their saving account, cheque account or credit card account (VISA or Master) through telephone banking or internet banking.

How to make a payment?

If you wish to pay by Bpay, you just simply choose "pay by Bpay" in the shopping cart, then you may use your telephone banking or internet banking to make the payment according to the "biller code" and "CRN" (customer reference number ) provided by our system.

If you wish to pay by Direct deposit, please select "pay  by direct deposit" in the shopping cart.

Diners and American Express cards will incur 3% surcharge, VISA and Master cards do not have surcharge.

We will ship out the products immediately after receiving payment confirmed by our bank. Please allow 2-3 working days for city and metro area transportation. Rural area may require 3-5 working days for shipping. We will provide the tracking number by e mail right after goods being picked up by courier.

30-day accounts will be provided to Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Schools/TAFE/Universities and Government Departments by placing formal purchasing orders.
