How long is the warranty?

All our home care products come with one year replacement warranty. Buyers need to keep our tax invoice for warranty purpose. Any physical damage not caused by transportation will not be covered by warranty.

How long will it take to get a defective product replacement?

We will inspect all products before shipping out to our customers. However, if you receive a defective product and return to us, it will take around 1-3 working days plus delivery time for a defective product replacement. Buyers need to inform us for receiving a defective product within 7 days after receiving the product.

Who is going to pay for the RA product shipping cost?

According to the industry standard, consumers need to return the defective products to retail shop at their own costs. Retail will pay for the shipping cost to return the replacement product to our customers.
